PUTTING THE FRENCH PRODUCERS AT THE HEART OF THE EXPERIENCE
That is the concept of the new "GROUNDED" menu of Little Red Door. Having had to close the bar due to the pandemic, the Little Red Door team becomes aware of the necessity to go back to cooperation and local food networks and is commiting to support French agriculture.
A choice resulting in the selection of 10 specialized French farmers to produce 10 ingredients that will be at the core of 10 new cocktails. Lemons, strawberries, walnuts, tomatoes, red kiwis, olives, lavender, buckwheat, crème fraîche d’Isigny and yellow beetroots will be exalted and reinterpreted by the team in order to arrange the composition as well as the presentation of the cocktail.
A gustatory invitation to meet the French producers and their savoir-faire, immortalized by the eye of photographer Roman Jehanno. Pictures of these men and women and their productions will illustrate the new menu, conceived as a book.
